This of course used to be the only way of doing photography until the digital revolution came along around the turn of the Century. I put my first toe in the water in 1997 with the purchase of a Kodak DC210 which was not cheap and by modern standards wasn’t very good either. But it was digital in 1997! In 2005 I bought a Konica Minolta Dynax 5D, a 6-million pixel DSLR that took all of my Minolta AF film lenses and I was off into the world of Digital Photography. But I never quite gave up film.
